There are 4 spaces left for Saturday's photo walk, part of the Scott Kelby international walk held across the globe on the 5th October 2013.
We'll have professional photographer and environmentalist Stephen Broadbridge, guiding and giving info and tips along the way through the Bamboo Cathedral and at the Tracking Station.
Photo Walk Description
Our third Worldwide Photo Walk will begin in the historic, and scenic Bamboo Cathedral. Nestled in Tucker Valley, Chaguaramas, the bamboo cathedral is a natural phenomenon, where nature shows her beauty in an architectural display. We will walk through the bamboo cathedral, and then carpool to the Tracking Station at the top of the hill, where there are fantastic views of Trinidad’s north coast, buildings from the WWII era, and lots of flora and fauna.
Professional Photographer and Environmentalist Stephen Broadbridge will be a part of this year’s Photo Walk offering tips, information and some of the history behind this magnificent location.
The valley can be hot and humid this time of year, so walkers are advised to bring drinking water, as there are no shops on the route.
Also, the ground may be damp or a little uneven, so comfortable walking shoes with a good grip are recommended.
We meet at the entrance to the Bamboo Cathedral at 2:30p.m. to start at 3. Walk finishes around 5/5:30p.m.
See you there!
